• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
• Utilize interactive whiteboards, educational software (such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Kahoot!), and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences
• Provide personalized attention and support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and teaching methodologies to continuously improve teaching practices
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and the Bimbel Id Batam team to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that fosters respect, diversity, and academic excellence

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a formal educational setting
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum (Kurikulum Nasional) and proficiency in teaching Mathematics, Science, and English at the SMP level
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with educational technology and software, such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and Kahoot!
• Certification in teaching methodologies or educational technology is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
