📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain our properties' pristine condition.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping operations in a high-end or luxury property.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software and tools, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) or similar.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
