As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various restaurant facilities, including kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Your daily tasks will involve conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and promptly addressing any issues to minimize downtime. You'll work closely with our team of skilled technicians and engineers to ensure that our restaurants remain in top condition, providing a seamless experience for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of restaurant facilities, including kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of restaurant facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems, providing timely solutions to maintain optimal performance.
• Work closely with the technical team to implement improvements and upgrades to restaurant facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with the management team to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and guest feedback.
• Provide technical support and guidance to restaurant staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of restaurant facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar platforms.
• Certification in relevant maintenance or safety standards, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and guidance to staff.
