📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the field.
• Visit and meet with local dealers and retailers to promote our products and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home furnishings industry.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
