📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the entire import process, from documentation to customs clearance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient import operations.
• Monitor and track import shipments using advanced logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for import transactions.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize import strategies and reduce costs.
• Provide support to the logistics team in managing inventory and warehouse operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance import processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import operations or related roles.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and trade agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
