As a Lead UI/UX Designer at Private Advertiser, you'll be at the forefront of shaping digital products that resonate with users and drive business growth.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions. Your daily tasks will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You'll also play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of UI/UX designers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and creativity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with project goals.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously improving the user experience.
• Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital products.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including usability testing and user research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your ability to solve complex design challenges and create exceptional user experiences.
• Certification in UI/UX design or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency in Indonesian.
