📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Oversee staff scheduling and training to maintain high standards of service
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and improvements
• Provide regular reports on outlet performance and suggest improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros and Quick Service Point (QSP)
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Experience in managing outlets in a fast-paced environment
