This role is perfect for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational or cross-cultural setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HRIS using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and training and development programs.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management, acting as a liaison for Mandarin-speaking employees.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, and implement relevant strategies within the company.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team in any additional projects or initiatives as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multinational or cross-cultural setting.
- Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of success in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
