You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, using our state-of-the-art equipment like the Nespresso machine and Miele commercial espresso machine. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in preparing a variety of sandwiches, from classic Irish sandwiches to gourmet options, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

• Prepare and serve premium coffee using our Nespresso and Miele commercial espresso machines.
• Craft a variety of sandwiches, including classic Irish sandwiches and gourmet options, using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for every guest.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-food or café environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including Nespresso and Miele machines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of food and equipment.
• Passion for coffee and sandwiches, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
