📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement EHS programs that comply with international standards such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to environmental and safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain and update EHS documentation, including incident reports and audit findings.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EHS performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in EHS management systems, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations, including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams.
• Proficient in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS or similar.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
