📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, ensuring their IT needs are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain AI tools and systems.
- Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure.
- Develop and implement AI solutions to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with network and server infrastructure, including Cisco, VMware, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
