📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain fleet management systems using tools like Geotab, Teltonika, or similar platforms.
• Monitor and analyze vehicle performance data to identify trends and optimize routes.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to drivers and fleet managers.
• Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fleet management systems with other logistics solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fleet management technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fleet management systems or similar roles.
• Proficiency in fleet management software such as Geotab, Teltonika, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GPS and telematics systems.
• Certification in fleet management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
