📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Stripe Tax, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and drive product improvements.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences to showcase Stripe Tax and engage with the tax community.
  • Mentor and coach junior product managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax regulations and industry trends.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on tax or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and meeting business objectives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
