📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, provident fund, and other perks.
• Generate and submit payroll reports to management and HR team.
• Handle employee queries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest payroll software, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in payroll audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of payroll processes.
• Support the HR team in recruitment and onboarding processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational company.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and labor laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
