📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our luxury retail and hospitality facilities in Bali.
• Ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, adhering to industry best practices and regulations.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of facility management professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facility management aligns with overall business goals.
• Utilize advanced facility management software such as FM Pro or ServiceMax to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in facility management, and implement new solutions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a proven track record in luxury retail and hospitality.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for facility management.
