In this role, you'll be part of a team that is responsible for the technical aspects of our projects, from initial planning to final execution. Your daily tasks will include assisting with project documentation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that all engineering processes are in compliance with local and international standards. You'll also have the chance to work on a variety of projects, gaining exposure to different aspects of engineering and construction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Support the engineering team in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Provide bilingual support to the engineering team, facilitating communication between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure that construction work is carried out according to the approved plans and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Support the engineering team in the development and implementation of quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering or technical support role.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
