📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers.,Review and edit technical content to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the development of our documentation tools and processes.,Provide technical support to customers and users of our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
