📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning,Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using retail management software,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior
