Lead and manage the design and engineering of hull outfitting packages and steel outfits for marine and offshore vessels.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeline.,Oversee the quality control and compliance of outfitting solutions with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects and modifications.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in hull outfitting solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in hull outfitting engineering, with a focus on package/steel outfits.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering marine and offshore projects.,Strong knowledge of marine engineering standards, codes, and regulations.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and NASTRAN.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
