In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training as needed.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
