PT Sinergi Bukit is seeking a talented and dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control strategies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.,Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Provide regular reports and updates on supply chain performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or procurement role.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage time efficiently.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
