📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including staff scheduling and inventory management,Create and develop new menu items and recipes,Ensure the quality and safety of all food prepared in the kitchen,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Work closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work well in a team environment,Valid food handler's certificate
