Mandiri Electronics is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financial transactions, and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handling financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.,Performing cash handling duties in accordance with company procedures.,Supporting the team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in using basic computer software and banking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
