Depot Tono Kebab is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment and have a strong background in HR, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from advertising job openings to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
