📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Assist with reservations, seating guests according to their preferences and ensuring a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain the restaurant's cleanliness and presentation, including tables, chairs, and common areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with the flow of guests throughout the dining experience, including guiding them to their seats and ensuring they have all the information they need.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Promote the restaurant's specials, menu items, and events to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up the restaurant for the next shift.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Hostess or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Previous experience working in a high-end restaurant or similar venue is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
