📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure and customize Avature solutions to meet client requirements.
• Work closely with technology and business teams to ensure optimal performance of Avature solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of Avature solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Avature technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on system performance and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Avature configuration and customization.
• Certification in Avature solutions (e.g., Avature Certified Professional) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Avature tools and software, including Avature CRM, Avature Workflow, and Avature Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus.
