We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to join our team and lead our philanthropy partnerships initiatives. This role is crucial in driving our mission to make a positive impact in the community. You will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, including NGOs, corporate entities, and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in philanthropy, fundraising, and community engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic partnerships with NGOs, corporate entities, and government agencies to achieve our philanthropic goals.,Manage and oversee the execution of philanthropic projects and initiatives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of our partnerships.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for philanthropic partnerships.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of philanthropic activities.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of our philanthropic initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.,Represent the company at philanthropic events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, or community engagement.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing philanthropic projects.,Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with philanthropic trends and best practices in the industry.
