📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to secondary students' needs using a variety of teaching methods and resources.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement curriculum improvements.
• Utilize educational software and tools such as Kahoot!, Quizlet, and Google Classroom to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and best practices.
• Promote a strong sense of community and teamwork among students and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to secondary students.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
