📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and activities.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
