📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff.,Participate in health and safety inspections.,Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
