📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in planning and executing daily vessel operations.,Oversee the management and performance of the crew.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company safety protocols.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and crew performance.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth port operations.,Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities.,Provide guidance and support to junior crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and leading a crew.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Good physical fitness and health.
