In this role, you will work closely with our team of technicians and service advisors to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services. You will use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex repairs. You will also be responsible for keeping our workshop clean, organized, and well-stocked with the necessary tools and parts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and well-stocked with the necessary tools and parts.
• Work closely with the service advisor to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians to ensure the continued success of the workshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic or similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment, such as scan tools, tire changers, and alignment machines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Valid automotive certification or license (e.g., ASE, AAM, or equivalent).
• Passion for vehicles and a commitment to delivering top-tier vehicle maintenance and repair services.
