📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage receiving and shipping of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free environment.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease and safety.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for work-related travel.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
