Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager, Human Resources to join our team in Bali. This is a contract role with a focus on supporting the HR department in managing and developing our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR department in managing employee performance and development.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR department in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System).,Assist in the planning and execution of HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HRIS and HR software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
