📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our sales strategies remain effective.,Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed, and that sales data is accurately recorded and reported.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
