Plan and organize banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish.,Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and deliver tailored banquet services.,Manage and supervise a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events and properly maintained.,Maintain accurate records of banquet services, including client information, event details, and service feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in banquet services to continuously improve our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services, with a proven track record in event management.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.,Proficient in using banquet management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.,Familiarity with local customs and traditions, as well as the ability to provide culturally appropriate banquet services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
