Smart Easy Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Lead and manage a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Train and develop store staff to improve their performance and customer service skills.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor customer feedback and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
