📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring they meet their daily sales targets.,Train and develop new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring it is welcoming and inviting to customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or retail management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and customer service.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
