📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies,Manage and mentor a team of employees,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor departmental performance and report to senior management,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning,Represent the company in external meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and tools,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
