Bidang Umar Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Assistant Junior Accountant to join our team in Bontang. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about accounting and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic restaurant environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist in the preparation of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll for restaurant staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or limited experience in accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
