📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English is a plus.
